Upper bunks have awkward ladder access!!! More shoe storage for each guest would help avoid clutter!!! Bathroom cleanliness needs significant attention!!!

beat. capsule hostel @ boat quay has a fantastic location right on the riverside. it's just a 30-minute walk to the garden by the bay, and you can catch sights of marina bay sands across the hostel. the consistent hot water in the showers was a lifesaver after long days out.

The welcoming reception staff made a great impression right away! The cleanliness of the facilities, from the toilets to the capsules, was commendable, with no unpleasant odors present. I really enjoyed the river view in the evening, creating a lovely atmosphere as I relaxed after a day of exploring.

Additionally, the lighting in the room could be improved for better visibility, particularly near the mirror.

the bed sheets looked a bit dirty (not sure if they were cleaned well). the location is perfect, right by the river. the capsules had handy charging switches. great access to restaurants and shops nearby.

The location was a standout, just a 10-minute walk to Chinatown and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The capsule was comfortable, with effective air conditioning that kept the heat at bay. I appreciated the easy check-in process and the ability to leave my luggage while I explored before check-in time. However, the bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning to maintain a better overall experience.
